Today we are in beautiful Edinburgh. By all accounts lucky to be here on such a beautiful day too. The Picture House will be our biggest headline show in the city and it looks like the perfect setting, The Liquid Rooms six months ago was a memorable little show so it feels good to be back. Big thanks to everyone at the two Irish shows; Dublin Academy and Belfast Spring and Airbrake. If memory serves it’s been a couple of years and both gigs felt like by far the best crowds we’ve played to in each city, so thank you. We loved We Cut Corners, Irish support, and hope to see more of them in the rest of the year. Special thanks to the M.S. Society for being at the Belfast show, the time I spent at the door with them seemed like it was well recieved and really hope we can do a lot more to help as the year unfolds.  The playlist for this tour from doors and between bands is as below: From Doors: The Staples Singers - Respect Yourself Otis Redding - Hard to Handle  Ann Peebles - I Can’t Stand The Rain The Velvelettes - Needle in a Haystack The Marvelettes - I’ll Keep Holding On Wanda Jackson - Funnel of Love Wanda Jackson - Fujiyama Mama Stevie Wonder - Uptight (Everything’s Alright) Los Corraleros - El Vampiro Arthur Russell - That’s Us/Wild Combination Michael Jackaon - Street Walker Bob Marley - Could You Be Loved Marvin Gaye - Mercy Mercy Me Oasis - Rockin’ Chair De La Soul - Eye Know  The 2 Bears - The Birds and The Bees LCD Soundsystem - Home Django Django - Default Interpol - Not Even Jail Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers - I Won’t Back Down Lou Reed - Satellite of Love The Clash - Stay Free The Walkmen - The Rat Pixies - This Monkey’s Gone to Heaven Richard Hawley - Tonight The Streets Ours The Band - The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down From tonight onwards we are joined by La Shark. Get here early! You don’t see many bands like them anymore. They’re onstage at 8.  x
