The Maccabees are pleased to announce the release of Cosmo.
Cosmo was made by Felix White with friends. It is available on very limited 10" picture disc vinyl - complete with CD, a perforable poster and handwritten lyrics - here, or in store from Sister Ray, Rough Trade East and West and from Resident Music in Brighton. It is also available in digital format (which comes with an extra track) now, here.
It was written and recorded in odd weekends and borrowed moments between recording Given To The Wild and finished at the start of this year. All music on the e.p. was made by Felix and features guest vocals and collaborations with Jack Penate, Florence Welch, Johnny Bramwell (I am Kloot) and Adam Day. Jessie Ware, Hugo White and Jamie N Commons also feature on backing vocals whilst Sam Doyle played drums on the record.
